How To Completely Remove Realtek Audio Drivers Windows 10

What controller'south driver is able to requite yous the Environment Sound y'all want? Is Realtek part of the new motherboard chipset? If so you'll need to determine whether it'southward actually needed or not, as virtually audio controllers need their proper driver.
To remove and block a driver that comes in via Windows Update see here:

Sometimes you can fully remove a driver packet so that it won't reinstall itself if information technology is installed in Device Manager, and uninstalling it prompts to "Remove driver software package." You can as well check if it's installed in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features to more fully remove it.
To remove a driver that comes with Windows or has been added to it's Driver Store in C:\System32 so that information technology reinstalls itself after removal, requires surgery that is explained here:

How-do-you-do Greg, I did "Curl Dorsum Driver" in the sound devices menu. This restored the previous sound driver which was simply called Microsoft which was what I wanted. However I am however trying to go my vii.1 selection bachelor in the sound menu every bit an option. I could get to the Razer forums with this trouble considering its their brand headphones. Its saying it needs to be the default audio output, yet its not an option. Thank you once more.
